Robots, the near future and the law

Elon Musk is developing an advanced robot with many functions for home use. He wants to market it in 2026-2027. Would it be permissible to ask the robot to observe Shabbat for you?
A robot that is designed like a man/woman (there are already some and it is developing very quickly) from a religious perspective, would it be permissible to have intimate relations with it?
