Regarding the tradition of the Oral Torah, it is known that there was a long time during the time of the prophets when they did not keep the Torah, and if so, how can we say that there is a tradition?
And furthermore, it is written, “You shall not add to the matter, etc.” How can one accept the rules of Chazal (I know the answers of Maimonides and Rabbi Yehuda Halevi, and that is not enough)?

Blessed are you that the paths of the sky are as known to you as the paths of Nehardea. This is unknown to me. But if you know this, you probably also know the answer to your question. The question of not adding anything was answered by the Rishonim. The Torah, which forbade not adding anything, also instructed the Sages to make a change for its change and to correct and to judge. Therefore, I do not see a question here.
