Selling leaven: Do I need the wife’s permission?

שו”תSelling leaven: Do I need the wife’s permission?
asked 7 months ago

I sold the leaven online through the Zohar organization.
I wrote my name and my wife’s name on the form.
But only after that did I ask my wife if she allowed me to sell our leaven. Of course she allowed it.
It’s clear to me that in retrospect, the leaven is addictive because she gives me permission in advance to handle these things even without her permission.
But from a procedural perspective, was it right to ask her permission to begin with, or was it his wife’s right to sign such things as both spouses?

If you know it’s okay with her, there’s no need to ask.
