1. Why does the Talmud require “permission” in order to heal? And if there were no verse instructing permission, would we forbid going to doctors?
2. “And you shall be very careful for yourselves.” What is the status of such a sermon, when it is not included in the mitzvot of the mitzvot? If it is the will of God, why is it not a commandment. If it is not a commandment, why am I obligated to it, and is it a recommendation?

1. I don’t think anyone imagines that without a permit we wouldn’t be able to heal. This is a sermon to the glory of the recommendation. 2. When you examine the meaning of the verses, you will see that they do not deal with preserving the soul. Therefore, the author of the garment wrote: These texts have the meaning that a person must guard his soul so that he does not bring himself into danger, even though the plain meaning of these scriptures does not imply this (deals with this). In any case, Chazal relied on these readings and forbade all things that bring a person into danger.

How far does the rule of “and you will be saved” extend? Does this mean that it is impossible to cross a road?

Some jurists wrote that the fence is what a reasonable person fears.
