Signing a contract within nine days
Hello, Your Honor,
My wife and I are debating whether to sign a contract to buy an apartment in the nine days. The thing is, we need to sign the contract now in order to get the mortgage as quickly as possible because my wife is due to give birth very, very soon. Getting the mortgage is important to us in order to pay off debts. Is it possible to allow the signing of the above contracts during this period?

In the situation you describe, I see no problem signing.
I have debts and in order to release the funds, I signed on WhatsApp. After that, I asked to move the actions after Tisha B'Av. Did I do the right thing or can I continue to ask them to handle the case?
