Smoking cigarettes and weed
I don’t smoke, but I wanted to know if there is any halakhic prohibition on smoking cigarettes and weed (drugs)?

I don’t know, but if there is a health risk then yes. If not – then there is no prohibition unless you are giving instructions or working in a temple.

Even in ordinary cigarettes, it is harmful to health and is forbidden (Shvat Halevi Responsa)
As far as I understand, the phrase "simple cigarettes" does not refer to hemp cigarettes, but rather to more natural cigarettes that are probably rolled.
In any case, all smoke is harmful to one degree or another, it's like banning driving in vehicles that emit smoke or lighting fires, etc.
