Status of a person sentenced to death (deleted due to a website glitch)
A man who committed murder in front of two witnesses was mortally wounded shortly after. Must he be saved from the penalty of life imprisonment, even on Shabbat, even though he will be executed the next day after the court receives the testimony and the warning that was there? Or because he ends up dying, then it is better to go back and do nothing (the question is regarding the one who was there and was involved in the murder and who has the power to save him at the moment)
