Studying Halacha Midrash

I asked in another thread and you didn’t respond, so I’m asking again here.
What does your statement mean:
“It is not true that the Torah appears to be written by a human hand”
Do you think it appears to have been written by another entity (God)?
The Torah is written in the language of humans (Hebrew) like any other text written by humans… I’m not clear on what you mean.
