Surrogacy for the holiday of species
I saw that you wrote that you support the surrogacy law. It’s a necessary and logical step from a civil rights perspective, and it also doesn’t contradict Halacha (Is it forbidden for two felons to raise a child? – It’s allowed). But assuming that this will cause more homosexuals to come to the ban, isn’t there room for a tactical ban?

If this indeed happens, there may be a place for a tactical ban. But that is not the case in my opinion. Beyond that, even if that were the case, I am fundamentally opposed to the state interfering in individual lives and making people religious. I do not want it to help me prevent religious crime.
