Survival theft
Hello Rabbi.
I heard a rumor that the State of Israel, with the help of the Mossad, managed to deceive (or even steal) medical equipment and ventilators from other countries, equipment that might save lives in those countries. What is the rabbi’s opinion on this, from a halakhic and moral perspective, right or wrong?

I don’t know if there is any truth to these rumors. As far as I understand, the Mossad has obtained aid and supplies from countries or sources that don’t want their connection with us to come out. But if it’s about stealing medical equipment or obtaining it illegally, it’s very, very serious.
