If someone waited until sunset to pray Mincha, and in the end was raped and was unable to pray, does he have a Tashlom in Arabic? Doesn’t that start with a crime and end with rape, and he won’t have a Tashlom?

According to the law, this is a question of why he waited. If he had a good reason (for example, it was his regular minyan for a small mincha), he can complete it. If he simply waited, it is doubtful. And the Shulchan Abi Ta’ala, according to the Saha, ruled that he completes it.
