My father wants me to study at a yeshiva that also teaches on weekdays. Is it permissible to study on a regular basis on weekdays (not for the purpose of earning a living, etc.)?
2. Furthermore, most yeshivots where students also study on weekdays do not have as much reverence for God as in yeshivots where they only study holy (as is the case here in England) and simply because the environment influences it, is it a sin to refuse to study there?

First of all, a person is supposed to choose his path. Where it is critical for you, there is no obligation to obey your parents. See my article on respecting parents and territorial considerations. But that is only where it is a very fundamental issue for you. Here it does not seem to me to be such an issue, and in my opinion the opposite is true. Studying in a yeshiva that only has religious studies is a mistake. But you have to decide that, not me. Beyond that, you live at your father’s expense and therefore cannot make decisions at his expense. If you decide against his opinion, you must support yourself now and in the future.

Training for life is not only permissible but obligatory (teaching us an art). And in my opinion, other studies are also permissible and even desirable. See even Rama himself in answer to Teshuvah 9.
2. This is certainly a relevant reason, but not a decisive one. Living in the company of humans may also lead you to commit offenses (slander, between one person and another) and no one recommends avoiding it. You should live normally and not in monasteries, and if there is a danger to the fear, you should take care of it physically.
