The authority of the Talmud
Greetings to the Chief of Staff.
Many commentators debate why it is impossible to disagree with the Talmud and why we have accepted it for ourselves, and I, the little one, think there is a very simple reason for this: the Oral Torah has been lost to us, the last remnant of which is found in the Talmud. In any case, it is impossible to disagree with the Talmud because it is the only source we have on the Tishbe.
But there are opinions in the Talmud of Amoraim that are based on their own understanding. This is not a tradition from Sinai. Why is it impossible to disagree with this?

By the way, I don’t know anyone who has debated this. There are very few who have addressed this, and the ones I know have followed the path presented in the above link.
