The blessing of him who put you to death by judgment and resurrection from the dead

Hello Rabbi,
A. How to recite the blessing “Asher Hamit Yekhem Ba Din” in a cemetery, if it concerns warriors who were killed in war/murdered, about whom it is said “Some perished without justice,” and especially in light of the Rabbi’s method.
on. How does the Rabbi relate to the Gemara that says “There is no resurrection of the dead from the Torah”?
thanks!

A. Indeed problematic. But it is difficult for the Gemara and the Rabbis, not for me. One can bless and mean that death is based on the laws of nature and the choice given to humans, and this is the law. Law is law. B. I didn’t understand the question.

I understood that the rabbi believes that the resurrection of the dead does not follow from the verses, since they are subject to several interpretations. According to the Gemara, there is a problem with those who believe this. How does the rabbi relate to this? Maybe I didn't understand correctly?

What can I say about that? There is no authority regarding facts. The sermons are not very convincing (You will lie down with your fathers and rise, for example), and especially that it was a sermon about a legend. I do not have a firm position on the matter, but the hints for this are quite faint. We find statements that should not be interpreted literally, and they were said only to reinforce the matter. For example, in the Rishonim there are interpretations of statements that something is the LBM, that it was said only to reinforce it, and in fact this is the rabbinical law.
