The Book of Deuteronomy from Moses’s perspective?

Peace be upon the Reverend Rabbi Shlita.
We are accustomed to the fact that the Book of Deuteronomy, like the rest of the Torah, was written word for word by the mouth of the hero. However, the Book of Deuteronomy, apart from the style in which Moses appears to speak in the first person and the name of God is almost always in the third person, has explicit proof of this, as Rashi says in the curses in Leviticus that it says, “Your name is iron,” while in Deuteronomy it says, “Your name is copper.” Moses took pity on Israel, meaning that he repeated the curses and then changed them.
Maybe he delivered the speech for most of the Book of Deuteronomy in the Book of Revelation, and then God instructed him to write his own speech?

It is certainly possible. While it could be explained that God dictated the book to him, including what emerged from Moses’ own mistakes (such as his compassion for Israel), this is less likely. There have already been commentators who have claimed that the Book of Deuteronomy was written by Moses. See even a conservative website here: https://www.yeshiva.org.il/ask/44263 and many more.
