The brain
You described in your neuroscience book the people whose fear center is damaged.
- Does every emotion have such a center? You have said several times that there is a neural event in the brain when a person experiences emotions. Does this mean a center?
- I didn’t understand libertarianism’s interpretation of this.
Which stage is this? (a) Data input and processing (b) The decision of the mind and will (c) Sending electrical signals by the brain to the organs
I would be happy to explain.

“Fear center” is a metaphorical expression. As far as I know (and I’m not an expert), mental phenomena occur in a combination of different areas of the brain.
I didn’t understand your question about libertarianism. That’s what my entire book is dedicated to. If you’re more concrete, I can try to help.
