The Buyer – An Act of God of History?

Hello Rabbi, on the subject of providence, your opinion is clear, but with a slight qualification, you do not rule out the possibility of sporadic interventions in the world, interventions that are apparently intended to ensure significant steps that G-d desires. Does the Rabbi think that the coronavirus disease and the global crisis we have entered (which is producing massive mortality, a global economic crisis, and other such consequences and responsibilities) is G-d’s intention?
