According to the rabbi’s explanation, the commandment of T’T is synonymous with the commandment of K’Sh. So why did the Sages use two different terms everywhere?

First, the question is out of context. You need to point out where you’re asking, or describe what I said and then ask. Regarding the question itself. First, it has nothing to do with me. Ask Rashbi about it. Second, the commandment to study Talmud Torah is different except that it can be read in Kash. But even if one does not read Kash and learns something else, it will be read in Yedach T’T and not Yedach Kash.
