The fence of Torah
Why is Pirkei Avot not considered a Torah study according to the Rabbi, while Megho is? Both of these matters are based on personal interpretations only. What is the area that distinguishes Torah from other wisdom?

I can’t say that Pirkei Avot is not Torah. What I’m saying is that if it is Torah, then Dale Carnegie is Torah too.
You won’t be able to learn about Migo anywhere else, and he also comes to clarify the halacha, which is a commandment of God Almighty (the way to conduct a law).
