Hello Rabbi, does the Rabbi think there is a halakhic reason to live in Israel, and if so, does it justify the prices we pay?

Halachically, there is a mitzvah to live in the land according to most opinions, or a mitzvah instrument for fulfilling the mitzvot that depend on the land. But there can be a Torah matter that is not halakhic. As far as I am concerned, it has nothing to do with the Torah or anything like that. I want to live among my people in my homeland. A secular Zionist like Ben Gurion. That’s all. And yes, in my opinion it’s worth the price.
