Good afternoon, I studied the issue with you. A seminar was held on Hebrew law and the issue was raised and studied by Dr. Shai Wosner. I remembered your answer. If the passengers had accepted the conditions in advance for the crew’s manner of operation and embarked on the voyage, they would not have been punished. Dr. Wosner asks whether, halachically, their agreement to the conditions of the voyage binds them.
