The meaning of a curse, and the relationship to slavery
In the story of Noah, Canaan cursed that he would be a slave to his brothers. What is the meaning of the curse, and is it moral to curse all of Canaan’s descendants with slavery because of an act that his father (or he, according to some commentators) committed?
