The memorial status of the murdered and fallen of the Iron Swords War
It is important for me to say before the question that I believe the murder of our citizens that day was a cruel and despicable act, and I wish our enemies a speedy fall and comfort for the families.
I will also say that every soldier who fell in the last war is like a saint who fought for the Jewish people, and yet, I do not think his status is any greater than that of a soldier who fell in Protective Edge, Cast Lead, Peace of Galilee, the Yom Kippur War, or any other war in Israel.
In the presence of my friends who want to commemorate this day as it is and give it a special status and a special day.
My question is this: In the Rabbi’s opinion, would it be right to give a special commemorative status like that of the American 9/11 for the murdered and killed in the last war, or would it be more right for us to swallow it during the days of commemoration for the fallen IDF soldiers and victims of hostilities, as has been customary to this day?

Don't you think there is a fundamental difference at the level of national consciousness between the murder of one and a thousand?
At the family level, it is clear that the family lost their loved one, whether it is one or a thousand.
But in the national consciousness, this fact changed the world order, you don't see 300,000 reserve conscripts for one murdered Jew. For an event like this, yes.
I don't consider myself qualified in matters of national consciousness. I wrote what I think is the truth. Experiential and psychological consciousnesses don't really interest me.
