The Miracle of Chanukah and Purim
Apparently there is no miracle on Purim and Hanukkah and everything is done by humans. Do you think there was any providence at all on these holidays?

Because if there is no miracle here, why do we celebrate these holidays?? And as we know, according to a very specific method, statistically speaking, there is no miracle here. So there is no need to celebrate and not say Hallel!!
If I understood correctly, this is the questioner's intention.
You don't need a miracle to celebrate victory and say Hallel. A miracle is an opportunity to give thanks and praise for the creation of the world and its laws, thanks to which we have the power to do good. I have explained this here more than once.
Interestingly, the prayer “On Miracles” means exactly the opposite and all victory depends on a miracle.
As it is written: “You have delivered the mighty into the hands of the weak, and the many into the hands of the few, etc., etc.
And so it is with “On Miracles” on Purim.
Have you heard of the miracle of the jar of oil? The whole point of it is to say that even finding oil and distributing it for 8 days is a form of providence. One should be content with little. Also in the matter of providence
