The mysteries of gratitude
Why are the prayers written the way they are? What difference does it make if I say “Thank God, I have risen” and the morning prayer (to the end)? If they have the same intention.
The members of the Great Knesset established fixed formulas and times instead of individual prayers. I can assume this is because it is difficult for people to think of what to say each time and they were afraid that everything would fall apart.
Why does it have to be constant? What difference does it make if one day I say to God, "Thank you that I woke up healthy and well" and "Thank you, God, that I woke up in the morning," the intention is the same: gratitude and gratitude.
