The opinion of the Shelah regarding the election

Hello, and have a good week.
Regarding the lights of the moon being a bad sign for Israel, I found what the Shelah wrote (Parashat Noah, in the HaShem HaHayim, ‘And in my humble opinion’): “On the four things about the lights of the moon… Isn’t the eclipse from the movement of the sun and the moon, and those who are versed in this wisdom can think about what time the eclipse will be and it is a natural thing.”
And I say that all of this is justified… that all the generations and their deeds and the punishment for their wickedness were revealed before Him… and since it is He who called the generations in advance and knew their deeds and wickedness, therefore the Holy One, blessed be He, invented and created this nature to be the rainbow… and so with regard to the eclipse…
And do not panic and say, “Behold, it is already clear and known that all the sins that will occur, and for this reason God, blessed be He, did an act and created His creation.” Therefore, it is obvious that these sins are necessary, and therefore where is the choice? And the ancient problem of knowledge and choice is more difficult in this matter than ever before, and more obvious.
Know that I have already extended, son, in the introduction, the history of Adam in the house of choice, look there, your eyes will see and your heart will rejoice.”
And apparently, an explanation is needed, because there it seems that he wrote that indeed the Holy One, Blessed be He, does not know a person’s actions (I remember that this is how you understood his words, as you wrote in several places). And if so, how do his words there correspond to what he wrote here? And Tsa.
I would love to hear your opinion on understanding the words of the Shelah, as well as an explanation of these words of the G-d that are from the Lukin light.

Indeed, I have always wondered about the midrash of the eclipse, and I did not know that the Shelah had already stated this.
I don’t know what he means, but perhaps two explanations can be offered: 1. God knows things in a big way, meaning the general course (even if not every person’s sin), and the eclipse of the lights is not a response to the situation of an individual person. 2. God knows what is expected according to the data, and thus determined the eclipses. It is true that man, by his choice, can change this, and then the eclipse comes out in the wrong place and at the wrong time. But then it will work (because God predicts our actions well, even if not perfectly).
