The principle of equality
We always knew the hackneyed quote from the speaker about the principle of equality. I would like someone to be able to explain to me, according to their system, how such a possibility could exist that one group called Arabs have no sanctions and can receive funding for studies, etc., and another group called Haredim. Everything is possible. Any type of possible sanction is there, because they are not trustworthy and can turn on us. This is a reason to win. This is a reason to be more obligated. How is this possible anywhere? Either everyone will receive sanctions and certainly not money for studies, or everyone will receive an exemption? We need here either a scholarly division that Ilya does not understand, or a division as crooked as a sickle.

I have no information regarding the Ombudsman’s position. There is no mandatory conscription for Arabs, which makes perfect sense. It is true that it is appropriate to legislate that they should be required to do national service. But in any case, this will not help us with soldiers for the benefit of our wars. In any case, the Haredim need to mobilize and seize power as hard as possible if they don’t. And the inequality in relation to Arabs needs to be addressed separately and independently.

Why should it be treated independently? It goes against the principle of equality. There is such a thing that the secularists invented that you cannot do anywhere and everywhere both for the good and for the benefit of the principle that is also missing national service. It is unacceptable to me if you do not give the ultra-Orthodox a similar option to be satisfied with national service.
Classic Haredi argument: As long as there is no equality, we will all commit suicide. For example, if an atomic bomb were to fall on the country and every citizen would have to give a shekel to defend themselves against it. There is a group that does not have a shekel, and they are also not willing to water public flower pots instead of giving a shekel. So you suggest not giving the shekel and we will all die. Pure Haredi logic. If someone were to raise such stupid arguments in a yeshiva, they would throw him straight into a Spanish (or Arabic) yeshiva. But in the impossible apologetic attempt to defend a position that cannot be defended - that's where anything goes. Stupid as it may be. Surprisingly, in the opening question you also talked about crooked arguments. You are probably a savant in this area.
Good luck.
The response here is from the persona Mikhi? Or Mikhi Bot? I am indeed an Arab, but don't try to confuse me. I once heard in Kfar Sabra of Rabbi Chaim of Brisk that a crooked opinion was created in order to argue for the sake of justice. At least give a crooked opinion. Don't slander or curse (in this we are better than you Jews) or divert the discussion with examples of flowering potted plants blooming in the air. I didn't ask whether when one public is supposedly wrong, it is also allowed for the other to be wrong. I asked you a simple question: how, despite the principle of equality, is it possible to apply sanctions to one public and another public due to its being dangerous to the public and its status because of this is much more severe and inferior than the previous public? It will be exempted from sanctions because of this and found a sinner who is rewarded? How do the Jews say? He will stand in the name of Area and Giora in the name of Shemya?
I answered you that it does indeed need to be addressed, but it is independent. And you disputed that, meaning you claim that the Haredim should be exempted as long as the Arabs are not drafted.
So go back to your village and learn to read (at least when you read your own words, you should try to understand). And by the way, the words of R’ Chaim that you quoted are nonsense, as I explained in my article on Occam's razor. But there is no need for it, since you are making another use of crooked reason and everything is a”s without a doubt.
I left Haredi almost a generation ago with my wife Talit”a with my daughters and son
I felt that bad ideas and practices were being passed on to this community
I left the Ovedei Ha’aretz community where I was born and raised
It was hard but in retrospect it pays off both in this world and the next
I saved Yocha from the rebellion of Saul in this and the next.
Sometimes I am shocked by the stupidity that pervades the community where I was born and raised and most of my family members remain in it
May God have mercy
Capital Tehillim might help
Maybe not according to Rabbi Mikhi’s method but in the end even Rabbi Mikhi admits that this is what they do
