The Ra’am and the “Taqiyya”
Hello Rabbi Michael,
Thank you very much for your understanding words.
Since this is not the topic of the last column (486) and since it is an important issue, I am posting here my direction following your words, your response, and my continued clarification (if you think this is not the place, you can continue in the comments to the column)
Quote from the column: “This is a pragmatic Arab party (RAA).”
Requires review, see:
A. Dr. Mordechai Keider on the failed experiment with RAAM

B. The Wikipedia entries:
* “The Muslim Brotherhood” (as is known, the Muslim Brotherhood is the “southern faction” of the movement in Israel).
* “Hamas” (on its establishment)
* “Takia”
Your answer:
As part of your research into the sources, I suggest you review the platform of Smotrich and the Haredim: among other things, they are in favor of stoning Sabbath desecrators and adulterers, putting infidels in a pit and not raising them, killing Amalekite babies, and so on.
It is also worth examining the Christian platform that says turn the other cheek, so who talked about murder and persecution in the name of Christianity?
The sages who quote platforms simply don’t understand what they’re talking about. Movements and groups are not examined by their platforms but by their practice. Judaism, Christianity, and the Jewish People.
reactive:
Regarding the relationship between the platform and practice, it is indeed important to examine the ultra-Orthodox and their parties, and religious Zionism and its parties, so as not to disperse. I will return to the issue of RAAM, as a subsidiary movement of the Islamic movement and the Arab tradition:
Here it is worth recognizing the reality of “taqiyya” (or “takiya”) in the tradition of Muslims in general and even more so in the “Muslim Brotherhood”.
Regarding Muslim culture, see the entry “Hudaybiyah Agreement” by Muhammad. And see the realization of this by Yasser Arafat in the Oslo Accords and the Second Intifada, that somehow we and the world bought the lies and awarded him the Nobel Peace Prize.
Regarding the “Muslim Brotherhood”, this is their declared and implemented path since time immemorial, as part of the “Taqiyya” to begin with a “civil jihad” – to establish a civil system of Muslim education, charity, and kindness, and from there to work towards the dream of a Muslim caliphate in the most effective way.
The same applies to Hamas, which Ahmed Yassin Yamash also built as a people’s organization of charity and kindness, and we did not grant it kosher until it grew stronger and “turned” on us into a terrorist uprising.
The signs that this is how the Israeli military operates are clear. I will cite only two from the Arab sources, whose intent must be understood.
