The rise of generations. Are we a bunch of idiots compared to those who come after us to inherit us?
I heard that they tested and researched and found that humanity’s IQ has increased by 17% in the last 50 years.
Your friend introduced it to you, who is in charge of a futurology lab or something like that at Bar Ilan.
And this has been increasing in recent years.
That means humans are becoming smarter and smarter.
Maybe some of the problems that aren’t really pressing should be left to our successors to deal with, since they will probably be much more successful than us?
[And so, as wisdom increases and stupidity disappears, does Bibbism and the ‘rabbis’ who support it have no chance and continuity?]
Very smart people can act stupidly. There are different biases. Beyond that, there are problems that cannot be postponed to future generations. And finally, every generation will postpone solving problems to future generations, so which generation will allow itself to deal with them?
And I have already written my opinion about David Pasig here more than once.
