The spender or alimony?

שו”תCategory: HalachaThe spender or alimony?

Hello Rabbi, as far as I understand, in order to have to recite the blessing on the one who takes it out, there are two main criteria: 1) a certain amount of grams 2) the establishment of a meal. I don’t know if both are needed or just one of them. All of this is of course not about the actual bread, which is then recited regardless.
I’ll give you an example, a tortilla for example or a bread roll. When I eat them, I consider them a meal and determine a feast over them. On the other hand, I don’t know if I have to reach a certain amount and if not, then I have to bless the bread.
For now, I bless the one who brings it out simply because that’s how it seems to me.
I would appreciate the Rabbi’s comment and opinion.
