The status of Halacha
Hello.
If Judaism is nothing more than Halacha, as you often say, it seems that most of the Torah and of course the Prophets and the Scriptures are superfluous. And in particular, how do you answer Rashi’s question at the beginning of the Torah, since in your opinion the Torah supposedly really should have started with “this new thing for you,” right?

Judaism is only Halacha. But Torah is all parts of the Torah, including the universal parts. It’s just that in my opinion there’s no point in studying them because you don’t learn anything from them. But it’s impossible to say that someone who deals with the non-halachaic passages of the Torah has abrogated the Torah. I expanded on all of this in the second book in the trilogy. Rashi at the beginning of the Torah is my main source.
