The text of the section on donations and tithes

Hello Rabbi,
I wanted to ask if the wording of the following passage is halachically correct?
I ask this because I think I understand how donations and tithes work, but I can never seem to understand the logic in the wording (which I think is really incomprehensible) that is usually used in the siddurim. So if this is true, I could say this instead:

If those fruits are a quarter of a plant, then they are worth another 25% of their value, generating a penny of the value of the coin I have.

And if they are not, and are obligated to pay donations and tithes,
He will separate a little more than a percent of the fruits and say:
The excess portion over that percentage that I set aside is a large donation (which has no limit).
The same percentage that I set aside, plus another nine percent from an area that is at the beginning of vegetable growing, will constitute the first tithe.
The percentage set aside (which is close to the donation) will be a tithe donation.
 
If the fruits are subject to a second tithe or a poor tithe, then ten percent of the areas of the fruits that are not related to a large donation or the first tithe will be a second tithe or poor tithe on the side closest to the area where the fruit is grown, according to the obligation of those fruits.
And if they owe a second tithe, then they are worth an additional 25% of their value, which is a penny less than the value of the coin in my possession.
