The Third Path’s position on two issues
A. Minimalist chametz law (in my opinion, this is the current one) – when a hospital wants to prohibit the introduction of chametz into its premises on Passover, it has the right to enforce this.
on. A law on segregated studies at any higher education institution that chooses to do so (I understand that something like this is being cooked up now).
What is the position of the Third Path on these issues when the laws were lawfully enacted by the legislative authority?

I agree with you. The thing is that the secularists (and especially the extremists among them, like the Secular Forum) are making noise even about laws like these, which are completely legitimate.
I completely understand their fear, the idea is that we will become a kind of Iran.
So whether or not you are deterred by slippery slope arguments, expect that the third path will not have any agreements with the secularists either (assuming your position is accepted by the majority there).
A lawyer from Mata will already petition the Supreme Court against the law, and it is not at all certain that it will pass the Supreme Court's test
