‘These and those’ ‘speech’ from ‘will’

שו”ת‘These and those’ ‘speech’ from ‘will’

Thank you very much for the series about learning and ruling.
I don’t have a question, and I just wanted to comment: Regarding your distinction that ‘these and those are the words of the living God,’ it is ‘speech’ and not ‘will.’ On this matter, there are several talks from the Chabad Rebbe – and surprisingly? – and we can say that we are facing two prophets who prophesied in the same style…
And there he explains in this context as follows: There is a difference between ‘speech’ and ‘will’, between ‘God’ and ‘God’. While speech is a relatively external need (man himself does not need speech, and it is only for the purpose of interaction with others), then the will is the essence of man and thus is defined. While the name ‘God’ is in the plural, related to nature and does not express the essence of God, then the name God is the ‘noun name’ and the essence of God.
And he explains that the Torah in general is ‘speech’ and is linked to the name God in the plural. That is, it is Torah that is linked to various contractions and gives room for a multitude of opinions and reasoning. Halacha, on the other hand, is will, which is direct, unambiguous, and expresses the essence of the Creator. And he sweetens this by saying, “The Lord is with him – that the law is like him,” the word of the Lord is the law. That is, the law is the Lord, and not ‘God’, which is the rest of the Torah – ‘These and these are the living words of the Lord.’
And he has a name for this at great length and in a broad explanation.
I just thought I’d comment.
