Torah
Hello Rabbi,
I know some people who, when they have a dilemma or hesitation about a certain issue (not related to Torah), such as whether to move to another place, or whether to invest money in this company or another, or whether I need the surgery that the doctors are offering me or will it pass in the future, etc., etc., they go to a rabbi and ask what they should do; does this make sense? Can a rabbi really direct them in the right direction even though he has no knowledge of chemistry or business or medicine, for example? And some have told me that he certainly can, since everything is in the Torah. Is this saying true? And if it is true, how do you really find everything? I myself have not even found the Pythagorean theorem, but maybe because I do not study enough, I do not find it, and if I really study Tractate Eruvin very carefully, I will find geometry and trigonometry, etc.? And on the other hand, if it is not true, what is the meaning of “look into the Torah and create a mind” according to which it is clear that everything is in the Torah?

The midrashim that discuss the contemplation of the Torah and the creation of the world speak of the Higher Torah, which is the template for the creation of the present world. It would have been appropriate to mention this interpretation, but apparently Michi did not study enough. . .
Here it is, from Wikipedia (by Rabbi Sharaki Shalit):
“The sayings of the sages that discuss the Torah, in which God looked and created the world, refer to the Higher Torah, which is written as “black fire on white fire” (Yerushalmi Shekalim 6:5), and this is not the Torah that we have, and not a single wise man among the sages of Israel ever studied science through the Torah, but rather through scientific literature. “
I also know the method of Rabbi Shreki, who is also (with Rabbi Michai) my rabbi, so I would like the method of Rabbi Michai.
Brother, stop being a clown, it's a waste of your time, every Rabbi knows that you don't have to know everything and the words of all the rabbis in the world, even the Amoraim wouldn't know all the creation, I would like to see you go and tell them that they haven't learned enough…
What is the source of Rabbi Sharki's words? On another ”Upper Torah”
“Everything is in the Torah”.
Recipes are for fools, the Torah is not a recipe book.
I have long thought that Rabbi Michi and Rabbi Shreki should join forces. Two world giants.
Maybe this is how the Messiah will come..
A, the source of the 'Upper Torah' is from the Zohar, if I'm not mistaken.
The source is from Maharal Tiferet Yisrael, I think.
