Two halachic questions
1. Is it permissible to remove hair in areas surrounding the beard with wax/tweezers (areas such as above the cheek, on the neck, in the area where there is a certain connection between the beard hair and the hair on the back of the head, etc.)? And what about hair at eye level?
2. Does the permission to watch content that includes women in immodest clothing due to the lack of intention and value in viewing it also include purchasing a subscription to newspapers such as Yedioth Ahronoth/Haaretz?
I don’t know these techniques and their meaning. If it’s uprooted, then it’s forbidden on the part of the non-attacker. You can see reviews online where this ban applies.
I don’t know these newspapers well enough, but to my impression it’s no different than walking around the street. There are of course other ways to keep up with the news, and if there’s no difference in quality and there’s a difference in modesty, then here’s the last one and there’s no other way.
Why is it like walking around the street? You don't have to let them in, walking on the street is no choice.
Although we won't restrict a person from walking on the street only when they absolutely have to, it seems to me that bringing a newspaper in is much more “here and there”.
And almost no one reads a newspaper for the news, but for the journalism, content articles, etc.
Even walking on Bialik Street is different than walking on Havatzelet Hasharon Street. So what? I'm outlining the principle here. And regarding Ikha Darka Achrina, I explained in my columns there that the first ones there determine that your distinctions are irrelevant.
