Are you asking about the uniqueness of a brother with his sister? How is that different from a son with his mother?
There are opinions that permanent residence is prohibited (for more than a day). See here: https://din.org.il/2015/08/05/%D7%99%D7%99%D7%97%D7%95%D7%93-%D7%90%D7%97-%D7%95%D7%90%D7%97%D7%95%D7%AA/
I wouldn’t be afraid of that.

I think he was referring to the Big Brother series where they are constantly being filmed.

There are levels of garbage that I haven't yet descended to in ”H. I suppose the prohibition of uniqueness is one of the minor problems there. But I don't know the format, so forgive me if I leave this acute question unanswered.

It's not that hard to answer that, there's definitely something special, let's say they're sitting in a nest upstairs where the pool is full of people. It's a man and a woman talking alone, so both theoretically and physically there's something special.

Adi,
I don't know the format, but in principle everything that is broadcast live on television cannot be unique by definition.
Of course, from your description it sounds like uniqueness is their last problem.

What about desecrating the Sabbath if we watch what happened on Saturday
Of course, in a rebroadcast, which is a pleasure from desecrating the Sabbath

What is done accidentally/forcibly is permitted on Shabbat. Whoever does this does not recognize the prohibition in the matter. Beyond that, there is no hafza here that is done in a prohibition.
