Using a cell phone on the second day of the month of postcards

I am from the Land of Israel and now live in the USA. The whole Yom Tov Monday thing is hard for me…
1. Is it permissible to eat in a sukkah on the Sabbath?
2. Is there a side that makes it easier to do work in modesty?
3. Should we modestly place tefillin on a Monday (Simchat Torah)?
4. Is there a way to facilitate the use of a cell phone to keep up to date with the situation in Israel?

See a review here (in the last episode): https://ph.yhb.org.il/category/%D7%9E%D7%95%D7%A2%D7%93%D7%99%D7%9D/09-%D7%99%D7%95%D7%9D-%D7%98%D7%95%D7%91-%D7%A9%D7%A0%D7%99-%D7%A9%D7%9C-%D7%92%D7%9C%D7%95%D7%99%D7%95%D7%AA/ I will also add that the issue of the second Yot Sheni is puzzling to me and has no real place (because it is clear that even if the Temple is built, they will not return to the practice of two days in distant places). In any case, we are stuck with this decree without the authority to revoke it. Therefore, in my opinion, whatever there is to be a concession, it can be made.

What about electricity on Shabbat in general, or is there already an article, I would love to know.
