I have no idea.
One of the main (and not the only) criticisms of socialism is that they try to take a complete and rigid system that was conceived in a closed room and apply it to reality without stopping to learn what actually happens, while thinking that reality must be as we thought. It seems that libertarianism sometimes does the same thing, only with the opposite principles.
I agree with every word. I've written about this more than once (about the advantages and disadvantages of ideologies and orderly change versus pragmatism).
