Where does Corona come from?
A.1. What is your opinion regarding the number of balconies? Simply put, this contradicts a lot of the laws of the number, which arise from the Gemara (for example, all the laws of courtyards that are broken into each other, and in Pesach that “he who stands from the side and outside is outside” – meaning even the one at the door of the synagogue does not join). And the first who dealt with the synagogue’s ark, excuse themselves by saying that the partition is made for decoration and therefore does not stop, which is not the case with garden fences or balcony walls. To list all the cases “when they do not see each other” seems to me to be extremely urgent.
A.2. From my studies in Sugiya, it seems to me that the halakhah that a minyan does not apply. The question is whether I am permitted to join such a minyan, given that the other worshippers rely on the opinions of the lenient. Also, is praying with them considered praying in a minyan for me, since according to him it is halakhically correct? [I am not a rabbi or a posk, and I am not aware of any specific instructions from the rabbi of the city or neighborhood]
B. Is it permissible to pray in a street minyan now?
In terms of common sense and chances of infection, this specific case involves people being very careful and maintaining a distance of 3-4 meters between people (especially when everyone is standing on the doorstep of their own home).
In terms of the guidelines, this obviously doesn’t apply, although it is within 100 meters of the worshippers’ residence. The question is whether there is a legal obligation in this case (there is still no clear standard for when “the ordinary citizen overlaps,” but like when people go out more than 100 meters or function inside a supermarket).

Has the lesson in question been uploaded to the web in some format?
Because at first glance I would say that no one would understand it, because they don't even see each other in the simplest sense. Whether the lesson is accessible or not, I would love to hear the relevant innovation (and along the way the entire Torah) on one foot, and do you even say it regarding the matter of the recitation of the Sha'tz and the reading of the Torah, and so on.
Found in audio and video recordings on the site. Halacha and Reality2
Anyone who engages in minyanim while others are dying should check for himself whether he belongs to the Jewish people.
And it is clear that he is a disbeliever in the Torah and even in the standing prayer violates the principle of not standing over the blood of your neighbor.
Not to mention the occupation of the minyan, and about this the prophet says:
Answer: For this people draw near with their mouth and with their lips to honor me, but their heart is far from me, and their fear of me is a commandment taught by men: {4} Therefore, behold, I will further do wonders to this people, wonders and wonders; and the wisdom of their wise men shall perish, and the understanding of their prudent men shall be hid:
Wow, what a hysterical drift.
