In many answers on the site (as well as in articles, etc.) it is stated that “you shall not depart” applies after the abrogation of the Sanhedrin only according to the method of the Sefer Hinunchuh.
Here https://www.hamichlol.org.il/%D7%9E%D7%A6%D7%95%D7%95%D7%94_%D7%9C%D7%A9%D7%9E%D7%95%D7%A2_%D7%93%D7%91%D7%A8%D7%99_%D7%97%D7%9B%D7%9E%D7%99%D7%9D#cite_ref-%D7%A8%D7%A9%D7%91%22%D7%90_3-0
It is written that this is also the method of the Rashba (Responsa Rashba, Part 2, Section 22) and the Rava (I did not have time to check the source for this).
Is that true?

I looked at the Rashba and there is no claim there that there is no tessur. It writes that there is an obligation to obey, and the definition and validity are unclear. In any case, even if someone else wrote this, these are strange words.
