Hello,
Is there a *prohibition* on mixed sitting of men and women in synagogue?
Would you personally pray in such a synagogue? (By the way, women, of course, go up to the Torah and read from it).

There is no prohibition, as long as the women are dressed modestly. The custom is to sit separately. Aliyah to Torah is even less problematic in my opinion. The reason for public respect does not seem relevant to me today.

There is no prohibition as long as you know for sure that it will not cause reflection. But the way the male brain works, it does. Sitting next to a woman will cause reflection. There is a reason for the custom
