YouTube with ad blocker

There are all kinds of apps today that allow you to skip YouTube ads and also run with the screen off, etc.
Does the Rabbi believe that this is prohibited?
It should be emphasized that this is not on the part of the ‘software hack’ because they use their own application, but they created a kind of ad blocker that knows how to skip the ads.

Another side to the question, whether the advertisements on YouTube are immodest – is it a side of expediency that I cannot be forced to meet with such advertisements?
