Rich Matzah for Passover
Hello Rabbi,
I heard in your lectures on the conservatism of tradition and innovation on the issue of decrees and regulations that circumstances have changed and there is no reason to preserve them as they are. An example mentioned there, for example, is the custom of prohibiting legumes, which does not seem to belong today. (I wrote simply in my own words)
I wanted to ask whether it is appropriate to say the same thing about rich matzah on Passover and allow Ashkenazi Jews to eat it as well.
I did not find a question on this subject in the FAQ.
