Kosher So Vide Passover

Hello, I would like to ask a question regarding kashrut, if the rabbi is interested in the subject. Is it possible to use the sous vide* utensils that have been used throughout the year to cook chametz also during Passover, except for the sealed bag that is replaced with a new bag with each cooking.

*Sous vide is a cooking method in which food is vacuum-sealed in a durable bag and the bag is placed in hot water controlled by a device that stirs the water and keeps it at a constant temperature.
The container where the water is, the heating device, and the device that seals the durable bag are reused in every cooking.

Hello. I am not familiar with this technique. As you describe, if nothing, not even moisture, comes out of the bag (it is completely sealed) I do not see it as a prohibition.
