Nafka Mina

asked 2 years ago

In one class, the Rabbi mentioned the Ran in vows that bring a certain condition to a particular case, and that is, if a Nazir stipulated that such and such, then the condition applies.
In the Sanhedrin, there is a commentary by Rabbi Peretz that provides this answer to the question of why the Gemara discusses how many oxen that approached Mount Sinai were condemned, and this is how Rabbi Peretz’s commentary explained it.
And the rabbi in the class disagreed with this. Can the rabbi repeat why this is not called a nefka minah?

The Rabbi is in Sanhedrin 15, on the same issue. This is not a question of opinion because according to it, there is no question without a question of opinion.
