Difference between movables and land
Shalom Rabbi, why is there a difference between movables and land in the matter of blood money? Baba Batra Ez B.
In general, fraud policies see that in land, the blood is not fixed and therefore there is no fraud for land (because every land is something different and therefore there is no defined market price for land). Even according to the RTA method, which states that there is a fraud for land in half, it is still clear that the price is very unstable. And from this it seems reasonable to conclude that in land, blood will not be announced. But in the issue there, I did not see such a difference. Where did you see such a distinction there?
