Evacuation of shelters in Bnei Brak

Hello Rabbi,
I live in the Ramat Elhanan neighborhood in Bnei Brak. Rabbi Yitzhak Zilberstein ordered that the home committee be authorized to dispose of the contents stored in shelters (such as the sides of Sukkot) in order to free them up for use during missile barrages.
Why can I object to the removal of my belongings, claiming that ‘Kim Lee’, as the Hazon Ish believed, will not have missiles fall on Bnei Brak?
