Is coming to Batra the same as studying Torah?
The majority of the laws of money (excluding Bava Kama) are not cited from the Torah, and it does not seem to be of interest to the Gemara (there is almost no Mnam).

All the rulings of the Bible are interpretations of the laws of property and torts, and therefore even if they have no source, they are Torah study. The validity depends on which part you are talking about. Regarding the laws of neighbors, the early ones disagreed (whether it is from the Torah or the Rabbis). But buyers, etc., are certainly from the Torah.

No. Interpreting and keeping the mitzvot is the boundaries of the mitzvah itself. Medical studies are a factual foundation so that we can apply the mitzvah. They are at most instruments of the mitzvah. Just as mathematics studies are not Torah studies, even though they are used to calculate halakhic quantities.
As a rule, facts are not Torah. Torah is norms. Facts are the foundation upon which the norms are applied.
