The Monk of Brakel or Dean of Tradition in Poultry

The Haredi public has found a new polemic in which to define itself
In recent times, a number of businessmen have decided that the tradition of the familiar birds used by the industry is not sufficient (due to hybridization and all sorts of inbreeding) and have set out to find a purer breed. And indeed, some time ago they announced that they had found the perfect bird, the monk of Brakel, as it was called.
And indeed, many homes have begun to consume the new chicken.
But these righteous people did not take to heart that the Haredi public would find an opponent every new day.
And so a new controversy erupted regarding the new birds, with supporters of the new attacking the old ones and defining them as barely a bird that was raised by a wise man.
And vice versa, opponents of the new ones who praise the usual variety
And they forbid the new with absolute prohibition.
In short, joy and happiness
So much for the review of the controversy.
I would be interested in your opinion on the whole subject of poultry tradition.
And the need for tradition on this subject has caused much confusion among the poskim, and even in the Talmud there is no clear definition.

I don’t have a general opinion on this matter. It is indeed accepted that they have a tradition, but I don’t know the reason for that (apart from factual concerns).

An incident occurred in the city on Shabbat HaGadol, when Bar Orain and Bar Aban stood and circled his head with the chicken of the ‘Barakal’ incident –
Seven circles to redeem atonement, and all the people stoned him in the atrocity, until he became a wave of bones.

A voice came out and said: Have you come to destroy my world? It is clear and known before the One who said and the world was, that the wild rooster was prepared from the six days of Genesis for Ariston, who is prepared for the righteous. And whoever contemplates it, has no part in the world to come.
